To guarantee your booking with us, we ask you to pay 40% of the total price by bank transfer upon completion of the booking. For further information, please refer to the information provided during the booking process.

• Please note our cancellation policy and take out travel insurance if necessary. The bill can be paid on site in cash or by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

• The prices quoted are in euros per day and unit, including VAT.

• All prices are exclusive of tourist tax (€5 per person/night, from the age of 15).

• All prices are exclusive of the final cleaning fee of €100 per apartment.

• Check-in is possible from 4 p.m.

• Check-out is by 9 a.m.

• Arrival and departure in the high season is Saturday to Saturday only, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

• In the mid-season from the end of March, we have a minimum stay of 3 nights.

• Up to 7 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.+

• For cancellations made between 6 weeks and 22 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged.

• For cancellations made between 21 days to 8 days before arrival, 75% of the total cost must be charged.

• For cancellations made 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost must be paid.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout our apartment house. 

You will find the access details at reception and in your apartment.

Check-in is possible from 4 p.m.
If you plan to arrive later than 8 p.m., please let us know.

Check-out: we kindly ask you to check out by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.

Deposit: If you book via our website, we ask you to pay 40% of the total amount into our bank account within 10 days of booking – only then is your booking with FRANZ guaranteed. Please refer to the booking confirmation for details.

Payment: We kindly ask you to settle your outstanding bill either by the evening before departure or by 9 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest.

Payment methods: Payment can be made in cash, by debit card or by credit card.

The following services are included in your stay at FRANZ:

free WiFi, 2 parking spaces per apartment, e-charging station for your electric car,
fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, ski lockers with drying facilities in the ski room, free ski storage at the Nassereinbahn cable car at Alber Sport and, of course, insider tips from FRANZ.

You can pre-order bread for the next day until the evening. We will then deliver it to your apartment in the morning.

On request, it is possible to separate the double beds in the rooms. Please inform us before arrival.

FRANZ offers 2 free parking spaces per apartment during your stay, available from check-in. E-charging stations are available.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our apartment house.

Out of consideration for other guests in the hotel, we ask you to observe the house rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside FRANZ – we therefore ask you to smoke outside in front of the door. 

• Quiet hours: we ask that you observe quiet hours after 10 p.m.

• Children are very welcome at FRANZ. We are happy to provide a cot or safety rail and a high chair if required.

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at FRANZ.

FRANZ alpine living is located directly next to the church in St. Anton am Arlberg.
The pedestrian zone with shopping opportunities is therefore only a few metres away and easily accessible by foot. The Nassereinbahn cable car is only about a 5-minute walk away. The free ski storage facility of Alber Sport is also located there.
