We’re Yannick and Victoria Rumler – a young married couple from St. Anton am Arlberg. Born in the mountains, raised on stories, and deeply rooted in this village we call home. FRANZ alpine living is more than just a place we built. It’s something close to our hearts – personal, thoughtfully designed, and rich in meaning. Full of memories, moments, and alpine life.
The building where our three apartments are now found has stood here – in this very spot – for over 200 years. It’s been part of Yannick’s family for generations, and today, we continue that story in its fifth generation.
In 2025, we decided to honour the past by reimagining the future. We rebuilt the house – with great care for the place and deep love for every detail. What emerged is a boutique apartment house that doesn’t try to be bigger – just more real. Not more. Just closer.
FRANZ2.
The name FRANZ is a tribute to two people who shaped us. Both of Yannick’s grandfathers were called Franz – two originals, full of character, each with a life rich in stories.
Their love for St. Anton, their clear view of what truly matters, and their quiet humour still live on here – in the little things: the handwritten note on the table, the old photo in the hallway, or Franz’s personal map that might just lead you to your new favourite spot.
FRANZ alpine living isn’t a hotel. It’s a temporary home –
a place for real encounters, for calm, for mountain days and quiet village evenings.
